"I can’t say enough about how helpful and professional Dusty Martin, the funeral director at the Aria Cremation location on NW Highway has been. From my initial call, he was kind and informative. My friend died at home while on hospice and she was picked up in about an hour after receiving the call from the hospice nurse. The person who arrived to pick her up was also very professional/respectful and allowed us to take as much time with her as we wished. When I met with Dusty the next day about arrangements, he explained the process and options available without being pushy or trying to “sell” extras. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and, for example, was careful to be certain I understood the cost of the obituary I wanted and offered some options for reducing that cost if I wished. When I stopped by for another reason and started talking about some of the problems I was having with the pictures and media I hoped to use at a memorial lunch I was planning, he not only listened patiently but offered technology advice and let me use his personal media player. I have had experience arranging cremations for four others using two other local companies, and this experience with Dusty at Aria has been by far the best one I have had."

Glenda and I send our condolences to the Potter and Terrell families. We thank God for the blessing of knowing Susan and extremely sad over her passing so soon. Our hearts go out to Glen and Will for their loss of a precious wife and mother. She will be missed by so many as she has touched so many during her short life.
I found Susan to be an inspiration to what an excellent teacher should. I will greatly miss her.

I worked with Susan for the past ten years. She was kind, compassionate, smart, and held her students accountable…but in a caring way. We are were saddened to hear the news of her unexpected passing. We are thankful for her years of service to Creekview HS and the Carrollton community. We are a better community because of her hard work, dedication, and service to children.
My deepest condolences and prayers to the family. I worked with Dr. Potter at Creekview and I know I speak for the entire Creekview family when I say she will be greatly missed.
Susan was always very kind to me and everyone at CHS. I will miss her smile and odd sense of humor. RIP

Susan was a bright light to me. Her kindness encouraged me every day. I cannot imagine a moment at Creekview High School without her. Our prayers lift up her family.
My heartfelt condolences to the family. Dr. Potter was a gem. She loved my son and always made sure he had all the help he needed! I knew if she treated him like that she treated all her students that way. We knew that we could keep her as a resource even while my son would be in College. She will truly be missed! Susan was always a friendly face and willing to help anyone who passed her way, whether it was an instructional need, someone to sing along with, a prayer request or a listening ear. She was a great example of Christianity to all. I treasure my fond memories of her.
Dr. Potter was always serving up a conversation that partly about books, partly about the exciting activities she was planning for her students, and a bit of advice. I enjoyed seeing and chatting with her and will miss her.
Susan will be greatly missed she gave the best advice and was always so warm and loving to me and my late husband Jerone Davis her laugh brightened my day and the love and friendship Glen and Susan shared was inspiring. So sharp and quick and always a Blessing to everyone…I will miss her smile and hugs and that hot cheese log me and Big D loved for the holidays I’m am standing on the Word of God with our family I love you Glen I love you Susan
My heart broke when I heard of Dr. Potters passing. She and I shared many conversations over the years at Creekview. We always had a laugh. My favorite of hers, is the time she found a grasshopper in her car! I will miss her sweet smile and our laughs. My deep condolences to Glenn & Will.
Susan kindly took me under her wing my first year as a teacher. She was always willing to collaborate and share her wonderful course content. She loved our students and we will cherish our memories of her forever in our hearts.
I am deeply sorry to hear of Susan’s passing, and my heart goes out to all of her friends and family. I know she made a huge impact at Creekview, and that will never be forgotten.
