You were such a good friend and I wil always remember all of our conversations and game night with much fondness. I will also always remember the looks of excitement on kids faces at the comic conventions when you would walk through dressed as one of your many characters. Thank you for making the convention halls that much more enjoyable.
Sir, your life touched many. Your joy, your manner, the smiles you gave, has touched many and will live on in the minds of those who was blessed to know you and will live on in others as your tales are told. You will be missed.
I had the pleasure of knowing Chris because of his membership to my group, the 1701st Fleet. While I did not get to know him as well as I wished that I had, I can say that he was an exceptional costumer, and an inspiration to many in our community.
Our grief and loss is small, compared to what his family must be experiencing. Our sincerest condolences go out to those who knew and cared for him the most, and may he find peace.
I met Chris about 2 years ago through the fan group that we were both involved with, He and I attended many local events together, and we always had fun. I am very sorry for his families loss, this is a great loss to the entire cosplay community. Chris will be missed.

It has been a blessing being your Bonus Mom. I hope you know how much you are loved by me and my side of the family. I will be forever grateful that my sisters, nieces and nephews, and my kids strived to make you feel like the bonus you were in our lives. We love you and miss you. Until we meet again………
Christopher, you are finally free of the pain and burden of the diabetes that has plagued your life for several years. I am so glad you are free of this awful disease and are able to soar into the heavens unchained. I know you would not want us to hurt and grieve of your passing but the biggest joy of my life was suddenly taken from me without warning. I will miss you so much. You have made such an impact on so many lives and brought joy to so many children. I will forever miss your wit, your comebacks, but most of all your love that you you always managed to show in your own way. Our time together here on earth was cut short, but it is a small price to pay to know that you are soaring through heaven with no chains to bound you. You will always be my “bud” and will forever have a place in my heart and in my soul. I continue to be amazed at the fine young man you had become and will forever hold dear the last day we spent together. Son, I cherise the day we will be reunited and I look forward to being with you again. Rest in Peace my dear son. I will always love you.
Dad

Tracy,
It’s been a million years since I’ve seen you but the news of your son’s passing hit me like a brick. I’m so sorry for your loss and can’t even begin to imagine the void Christopher must have left. At times like this I imagine losing my own son and it’s too much to comprehend. Please know that I am thinking of and praying for you and Debbie right now. And I know that Chris is now a very happy soul! Please know that, as well, and take comfort in it.
Warm regards,
Chris Boone
Toni,

Karen, Cindy and Allison
You were the first person i talked to when i joined the 12th Fleet almost 2 years ago. I remember it well. I’m sure everyone in 12th will miss you as will i. Goodbye buddy. Oh and remember, GET OFF MY LAWN!!!
I knew Christopher better as Toval in our community. It’s a huge loss that he’s no longer with us. He had his heart in the right place and he meant a lot to us all. His actions and deeds will live on in our hearts.
I too knew Chris as Toval from my time in the 12th Fleet Community, he was a great man who gave sound advice, was funny and was always there when needed.
You will be missed, my friend
Chuck, I just read where your son, Christopher passed away. I am so sorry for your loss. I do know that you were so proud of him. I know diabetes is a horrible disease as I also have it. May God be with you and your family.
Kandra
Christopher, my son, it has been one long agonizing year since you left our side. Words cannot fully explain the emptiness my heart feels. Although you are in my heart and mind every waking moment of every day, not being able to see you, or hear your voice is sometimes unbearable. To know that I have to live out my life before we can be together again is so hard to come to grips with. Everything would have been so much better if God would have taken me instead of you. He had the perfect time and opportunity just two weeks prior while I was in Surgery. I would have gladly given my life so that you could live yours. Some days I am very angry at God that he chose to take you and not me. You were too young to be taken. You had reached a very happy time in your life, then without warning you were gone. Never in my life will I ever endure a more difficult day as that day one year ago. Life is so empty without you. Days out on the boat were not the same, the 4th of July fireworks shows at the lake and you helping me clean up the boat after a fun weekend on the lake. Deb and I and your mother miss you so much. Your loss has taken a toll on all of us. But I think of you soaring through the heavens life a fighter jet and it makes me smile. The rainbow that you sent to me on my birthday was the best present I have ever gotten. When I saw that double rainbow over the house I knew in my heart and mind that you were ok. I knew you were with mom and dad and you were safe and happy. I miss you son and long for the day we are together once again. Until then, I miss you and I love you.
Dad
This is the second fathers day I have been without you son. On a day where fathers and their kids are together all I can do is think of the memories I have of you. I miss you so much and look forward to when we are together again. I love you son. Dad
