We will miss you in our family Hervé. Thank you for being such a joyful and generous person. May you rest in eternal peace.
Just tonight I enjoyed my Niwot – Bistro St. Tropez signature pasta dish as taught to me by Herve leQuien. I thought I’d try to reach out to him after all these years and sadly I discovered this page in memory of him.
My then partner Diane and I enjoyed so very many meals at his and Sandy Petruccelli’s bistro. I’ll always remember the tiramisu he always offered me when I really wanted his amazing creme brulee!
Rest in peace my friend
