I knew Dr.Shams since 1986. He was my daughter’s pediatrician.He was very respectful, kind, professional and passionate physician. I dearly loved his personality and calm manner.
He will be missed by so many families in Persian community.

Dr. Shams was always so kind and I will never forget this gentle nature and smile. I have fond memories of him from my years growing up in Dallas and I was so sad to hear of this loss for our entire community. I met Dr. Shams over 20 years ago, and immediately I knew he was one of the role models for our community. He was always kind and generous; he worked in a field of medicine that genuinely kindest souls will choose as a career. He is what I call a super doctor, because he had extra training in his field and never looked at medicine as a job but as a way of life. I always let him know of my admiration for him. My condolences to his family and friends, great souls such as Dr. Shams, leave a mark in our minds forever and show us how to be a better person that will be passed on for generations.

Our sincere condolences to the Shams family. My son Kasra had the privilege of having Dr. Shams as his pediatrician for the first year of his life and then we moved to San Diego. The toughest part of the move was the fact that Dr Shams was simply irreplaceable. There’s is a special place in my heart for Dr. Shams. He was kind, loving, patient, caring, knowledgeable and always there to answer your calls. He was truly exceptional. He will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace.

RIP to the best doctor I ever had. He was my pediatrician and the most beautiful soul in the world. I don’t know anyone or any doctor that was as kind, brilliant or positive as him. I loved him so much. I would have a fever or I would be sick and he always made me feel better. He just had the best energy and wisdom and intelligence. He was the most amazing doctor and I will forever hold my memories of him in my heart. Rest In Peace Dr Shams!

I am sadden to hear of Dr. Shams’ passing. He was an excellent pediatrician to my three children. My oldest had autoimmune issues with Hashimotos and Dr. Shams was truly was the only one that understood her issues. Dr. Shams was truly a gifted doctor. I feel blessed that he was my children’s pediatrician.
