Obituary
Janice Louise Boyd Dillingham, 85 of Keller, TX passed away August 28, 2022. She was born in Abilene, TX on August 14, 1937 to parents, Rube and Flora Boyd.
She was a graduate of Abilene High School where she played the saxophone in the band and orchestra. She was also the head majorette for the marching band. She attended McMurray College and was in the marching band as a majorette.
Jan married Wayne “Ikey” Dillingham on September 28, 1956. He preceded her in death in 1993.
She worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield until she graduated from McMurray College. They were co-owners of Jan L Tom’s Distributor in Harlingen, TX and later Tom’s Brokerage in Rio Rancho, NM.
She was an avid golfer and very proud to be a member of the Hole in One Club. She had a green thumb and her home was adorned with many beautiful plants.
She is survived by children, Sheri Repenning and husband Jack; Carolyn Bennis and husband Peter; Dan Dillingham and wife Leila. 9 grandchildren; Logan, Michael, Rebekka, Gerrit, Madeline, Kyle Madison, Savannah and Cole. Great grandchildren; Dylan, Abigail, Walt, Benjamin, Banyon, River, Olivia, Henry, Mia, Beau, Caroline and Scarlett. Brother; Bill Boyd; Sisters; Susie Boyd Nesmith and Gayle Boyd Strange.
Her celebration of life is set for October 8, 2022 with details pending.
