"Excellent customer service, they made you feel like you were their only customer. Very helpful and explained what we should expect during the process. They basically took care of our needs during this time. They contacted DFW National Cemetery for us which made it a smooth experience. Definitely will use them again."

"If I could give 6 stars I would. Aria made a difficult easier to deal with by basically taking care of everything in an efficient but very empathetic manner. I can speak highly enough of Dusty Martin, who helped us with all of the planning and logistics. He was incredibly understanding and helpful."

"Nothing prepares you for the grief you go through when losing a child. I called this funeral home at 2:00 am broken and could barely talk. The amount of compassion and empathy they showed me immediately let me know I found the right place to cremate my son. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, SINCERE concern, and commitment to making sure my son was honored in the most respectful way. I hope this Funeral home values her as much as my family and I do."

"I can’t say enough about how helpful and professional Dusty Martin, the funeral director at the Aria Cremation location on NW Highway has been. From my initial call, he was kind and informative. My friend died at home while on hospice and she was picked up in about an hour after receiving the call from the hospice nurse. The person who arrived to pick her up was also very professional/respectful and allowed us to take as much time with her as we wished. When I met with Dusty the next day about arrangements, he explained the process and options available without being pushy or trying to “sell” extras. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and, for example, was careful to be certain I understood the cost of the obituary I wanted and offered some options for reducing that cost if I wished. When I stopped by for another reason and started talking about some of the problems I was having with the pictures and media I hoped to use at a memorial lunch I was planning, he not only listened patiently but offered technology advice and let me use his personal media player. I have had experience arranging cremations for four others using two other local companies, and this experience with Dusty at Aria has been by far the best one I have had."

"My Daddy’s service and our family experience at Aria Northwest Highway was truly blessed. Funeral Director Dustin Martin is the kind of person that you would like to see on a more regular basis – but in his industry – you hope to not see him that often. That being said – THANK YOU DUSTIN for your unending kindness, compassion and friendship through the process. Meeting you and discussing Dallas History, Find A Grave and my Dad’s lifelong contributions to the great City of Dallas was simply wonderful! In memory of my dad James A. Dodd, Sr. – I want to personally thank you and let you know that you made everything better in that moment. Your calling to “Be There” is spot on. Aria has a one in a million guy in you! Bling Blinky of TEXAS Shout Out: God Bless You!!"

I am sad to hear of Mark’s passing. My condolences to his friends and family. I enjoyed the time I had working with him at Power Lift. I appreciated him taking the time teaching me about the business. We also shared a love and passion for track & field.
My deepest condolences, I had the pleasure of working with Mark for many years at two different companies and always enjoyed our time together! RIP my friend!
I’m so sorry to hear this news. Mark was a good person who I’m sure was and is loved by many. My condolences, thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family.
Just a genuine all around nice guy, who was always smiling. I cherish the years of memories of you and your family. You will be missed.
Mark was a kind, fun-loving guy. He would do anything for you, always in the kitchen lending a hand. He was a pleasure to talk to and fit right into any crowd . Even our huge family gatherings. He will be missed.
Another star is shining now in the sky. My deepest sympathy to Lisa, family and friends. Mark, your presence will always be missed and the memories that you gave us will be treasured for a lifetime. We will miss you greatly.
Our thoughts, prayers, and support are with you Lisa during this time.

Thank you, Matt.
Rest In Peace Mark ! Greatly enjoyed our friendship and working with you !
My wife and I were devasted when we heard that Mark lost his courageous battle stemming from his fall. We have known Mark since he and Lisa started dating and spent numerous celebrations…birthdays, holidays, anniversaries….including our last trip together last year to Portugal. He will.be sorely missed but he will always live in our memories. Mark….may the angels lead you into paradise, may the martyrs come to welcome you at the gates of the new and holy city Jerusalem! And with Lazarus, who once was poor, may you have eternal rest. RIP dear friend. Joey and Tom
We send our deepest condolences to Lisa and all Mark’s family and friends. What a tragic, untimely end of a good life! I remember fondly our good times growing up when our parents visited each other. Our fathers were not only brothers but good friends. Their sense of humor was definitely contagious. We all grew up laughing and seeing the world!
Ted and I send our deepest condolences to Lisa and all Mark’s family and friends. What a tragic, untimely end of a good life! I remember fondly our good times growing up when our parents visited each other. Our fathers were not only brothers but good friends. Their sense of humor was definitely contagious, and Mark was so much like his dad. We all grew up laughing and seeing the world because of them. What a blessed life! I am thankful to have had such a wonderful cousin as Mark and grateful that he found happiness in life.

Briley (no one called him Mark in high school, except the teachers)… was my friend. One of those friends you list as a “best friend” as you roll through life. Every time, he and I got together (seriously, every time) we’d start talking and go down some goofy “rabbit hole” together, then end up laughing our butts off for half an hour. And I mean laughing/giggling to the point of tears. (Talk about a cathartic workout.) I’m not sure how or why we clicked like that, but I’ll chalk it up to our slightly off-kilter, but sympathetic personalities. It’s deeply sad to lose a friend like this. I can only imagine how Lisa and the folks graced by Mark’s life affirming vibe over the last few years feel. I loved that dude. Rest in Peace Briley. You are the man.
Our family is saddened in the loss of our cousin Mark and knowing of the many months of pain and difficulties he went through. Our hearts go out to Lisa who stood by him and continued to love and care for him. Also to Debbie, his sister, who has lost her only remaining family member.
Rest In Peace ! It was an honor to have known Mark ! My condolences to his family!
