Mills Jr., Richard Leon
Obituary
Richard Leon Mills Jr., age 55, passed away on February 14, 2021. Rich, better known as “Ritchie” was born November 7, 1965 Greenwood, MS to Rick and Linda Mills. They moved to Texas in 1971. He proudly worked at Motion Industries for 33 years. Rich was a cancer survivor of 20 years, a die-hard Texas Longhorn fan and had a huge passion for fishing. Cedar Creek lake was his happy place, and he was a master on the grill as well. His laugh was contagious and hard not to join in with. Anyone that knew him, knew how much he loved his family, especially his grandbabies. He had the kindest eyes and heart that will never be forgotten. He is survived by his Father and Mother, Richard Leon Mills Sr. and Linda Faye Mills; his Brother Scott and wife Laura Mills and their children; his sister Suzanne and husband Ryan Kitchens and their children; his Daughter Brittney and husband Jacob Stillwagon; his Daughter Lauren Mills; and his 5 beautiful Grandchildren: Emery Rose, Owen Thomas, Max Leon, Samson Jacob and Sophie Rae. Rich was preceded in death by his Grandparents Chester and Lucille Mills and Everett and Ida Mitchell and his best friend and doggie Max (Mookie). Please leave the family condolences and share memories on this website.
