Noel Mancilla Romero
Obituary
Noel Mancilla Romero was born on December 10, 1959, in Mesitas del Colegio, Colombia. He was a devoted and loving father and grandfather. He loved spending time with his family; had an insatiable desire to fix things, had a lifelong love of airplanes; and loved to chat with anybody. He will be greatly missed by those that knew him.
Noel died unexpectedly in Downingtown, PA on Friday, December 23, 2022, at the age of 63. He is survived by his son, Bruce; daughter, Belen; granddaughter, Zylee; and several brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.

My Sister Mary and I Reyna met your loving Father around 1976 ?, at the First Baptist Church in Eagle Pass, TX we were all teenagers and finding our way but your father was so focused, and his strive, courage and determination to follow his dreams was unbelievable truly a leader, now his legacy has been passed down to you. Love you with all my heart ❤️

Sending prayers to the entire family including Belen and Bruce. From the stories I have heard Noel was always family first and kind hearted. Also someone who looked forward to fix anything.
Mancilla Family
Our thoughts, prayers and strength go out to you and your family during this difficult time. We had the honor to meet Noel although brief; and even in that limited interaction we immediately felt the love and passion he had for his family. He will forever live on through his beautiful, strong, and caring family who we’ve been blessed to become friends.
My deepest condolences Belen and Bruce. I met your father when I joined Spirit Airlines back in 2014. I’ve been fortunate enough to work on shift with Noel since then. He and I developed a close professional and personal relationship that grew throughout the years. Our personal relationship seemed to grow the most over those years because of our love for humor.
For those who knew Noel, he had a GREAT sense of humor!!! He and I would always pass our working hours pulling pranks and making jokes about one another. I always joked about Noel’s perfect hair and Noel always joked about my lack of hair. He always went out of his way to setup a prank or joke on me just to watch my reaction and I took great pride in trying to catch him setting up his pranks/jokes. He was a worthy adversary when it came to joking around.
What I’ll miss most is his smile, laughter, and when talking to him, his general concern for his co-workers and friends. He was a great guy that will be sorely missed by his co-workers and especially, myself.
My condolences to the entire Mancilla Romero family.
