HE WAS ALWAYS AN INSPIRATION TO ME IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
Miss seeing Gerrit faithfully walking with his dog in the neighborhood.
.. .his greeting, his smile, and the flick of his cane to everyone he passed.
He was dearly loved by all.
Gerrit and Carolyn were wonderful neighbors and friends who welcomed me into RLV. I enjoyed their stories and especially their attendance at various events in the hood. I miss them both but am comforted in knowing they are together forever.
