Raymond V. Quinn passed away peacefully due to heart problems on March 31, 2022 in Richardson, Texas. Ray was born to Marquerite Fisher and Harry Quinn in Denver, Colorado in 1938. At the age of 21, Raymond graduated from Southern Methodist University. Ray played football, tennis, handball and enjoyed creating beautiful and intricate needlework. He began his career with Texas Instruments as a professional Salesman traveling the United States. In 1979 he formed Quinn Marketing , Inc. Ray had one sister, Marjorie Bratcher (Austin), both deceased. Ray’s children are: son Michael (Kristen) and sons Dylan, Taylor and Hunter of Dallas; daughters Lisa Taylor and her son Sam of Richardson, and Sandra (Scott) Mckimmey of Dallas.Ray married Sharon Mason Essler in Las Vegas in 1979 and they were married 43 years. Sharon’s children are: son Joe (Suzanne) Essler and sons Stetson (Sarah) daughter Everly of Austin; Mason and wife of San Antonio; Daughter Tina Essler of Florida; and son Greg (Dewanna Kirk )Essler: Greg’s daughters Christy (James) Williams and son Lexx of Forney; Samantha (Stephen) Williams and children Shaddix, Selen of Flint, Tx ; and Kimberly Essler, children Tucker and Ellie of Athens, Tx Ray’s Nephew Scott (Shelly) Bratcher and family of Forney; Neice, Chris (Jeff) Thompson and family of New Mexico
