Rowan Nicholas McFaye
Rowan Nicholas McFaye, beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, stepson, friend, and animal lover, left us too soon on March 12th, the day after his 27th birthday. He will be missed beyond measure by Erin, Sam, Jack, Sissy, Gigi, Pop, Grandfather, Eleni,, Forrest, David, Will, DeAnna, Welby, Kate, and many, many others in the furry and gaming communities. Ro was an alumni of Vanguard Preparatory in Dallas, TX. Class of 2015. He was very proud of his contributions to the game Rain World: Downpour, and was looking forward to being part of many more creative endeavors in the future. We take comfort knowing his ever youthful spirit will live on and influence others who will include his essence in their creations. He died peacefully in his sleep of natural causes, which most of us can only hope for, but it was far too soon, and the hole in our hearts will never fully heal; and that’s okay, because having him in our lives was such a precious privilege. His intellect, humor, and wisdom will always grace the hearts and guide the minds of those that will always love him.

So very sorry. He was loved and will be terribly missed. Sending prayers of comfort for the family.
It’s been a long time since I’ve seen him but I remember his contagious smile and how smart he was! So sorry for your loss. ❤️
I do remember the phone conversation when Rowan was 4 or 5 where he educated me in the field of robotics and the wonderful “thank you” ‘ notes filled with his wittiness. Rowan will always live on in our hearts . We send our love to all of his family and dear friends.
I’m so sorry for the loss of Rowan. He was such a sweet soul. Thoughts and prayers are with you all.
So sorry for your immense loss.
Sending love and prayers,
Sharon and Ken
I taught Rowan in middle school and remember him with much love. I enjoyed his contributions to class discussions as well as his sense of humor. I have great memories of him, and his mom. I wish peace to all of his family.
I didn’t know Rowan well but I know his family members and I know how loved he was by all of them. I pray for peace and healing for them in the months and years to come that only God can provide. Love from Sarah, Nathan, Daniel and Aaron
